Curiosity and a love of learning drive my life and who I am as a therapist.  I became a Licensed Independent Social Worker in the States of Ohio and Minnesota after earning a Masters in Social Science at the Mandel School of Social Sciences at Case Western Reserve University.

My approach is relational and somatic. I am dedicated to meeting individual needs by incorporating a client-centered and trauma informed approach with evidence based practices.

My training includes a full certification in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, or EMDR, an evidence based modality that helps clients with traumatic memories. I am also a Certified Relational Coach by the Healing Our Core Issues Institute. I have also studied Internal Family Systems and consider inner child work important in creating secure attachment. I seek consultation, supervision and continuing education to provide the best possible outcomes for my clients.

Prior to opening my own practice in Cincinnati, my wide range of experiences include working with adults and teens at a Hilliard, Ohio group practice, Mount Carmel St. Ann's Hospital, the Ohio State University and Ohio Mentor Foster Care Agency.  I also have experience running therapeutic groups and providing trainings.
